Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about our custom decoration services? We have gathered answers to the most common queries below. If you can't find what you need, feel free to contact us.

What is the difference between Embroidery and DTF?

Embroidery uses computerized sewing machines to stitch colored threads directly into heavy fabrics like hoodies, caps, and canvas bags, resulting in a premium, textured look. It is highly durable and won't fade.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer is a digital printing method where designs are printed onto a special film and heat-pressed onto the garment. This supports full-color graphics, photographs, fine details, and gradients on lightweight shirts.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

There is **no minimum order quantity**! You can order a single custom piece. However, because our systems require set-up time, we offer volume discounts on bulk orders starting from 10 items or more.

What image file formats do you accept for uploads?

We accept standard web image formats: PNG, JPG, and GIF. For the best result, we strongly recommend uploading a **transparent PNG** file. This ensures that the background of your image is not printed or stitched onto your garment.

How long does production and shipping take?

Once an order is confirmed, standard custom production takes **2 to 4 business days**. Bulk orders may take 5 to 7 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout but usually range between 2 to 5 shipping days.

Can I return a custom-designed item?

Because custom items are personalized to your specifications, we are **unable to accept returns or exchanges** unless the item itself is defective or there is a material error in our decoration process. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our support team immediately.
