mymytee provides custom apparel services, including a 2D online customization tool that allows users to design and order custom embroidery designs and Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers on high-quality fabrics.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Custom Designs & Copyrights

By uploading or creating designs using our customization tools, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the designs or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions to use them.
• Your designs do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
• Your designs do not contain offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or hateful material.

mymytee reserves the right to cancel any orders containing user-submitted designs that violate these guidelines or are deemed inappropriate, without any liability to you.

4. Purchases & Payments

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through mymytee, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, including credit card numbers, billing address, and shipping details.

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe and PayPal). By confirming a purchase, you agree to pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout. Since all garments are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for user design errors, sizing selections, or change of mind. If there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, please contact us at service@mymytee.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will issue a replacement or refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. mymytee makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our services or the accuracy of our online 2D mockup visual representations. We strive to reproduce designs as closely as possible, but slight variation in alignment, colors, or stitch density may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall mymytee, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or products.
